Old Estate House
Key to a fabulous addition is making it undetectable and matching details of the original construction. Charlton Design was asked to add a two-car garage with a second floor for a home office and redesign the right side of this historic property in Villanova. we successfully delivered a seamless addition that met the standards of the local Historical Review Board.

The Grotto
Our Client's wanted to add a stone pool house to their outdoor oasis. Working with the homeowners, we designed a classic grotto to complement their gorgeous in-ground pool. Staying within budget, we included an outdoor kitchen, entertainment area, changing rooms and storage for pool accessories.

Kidmore End
Charlton Design Studio, LLC was contracted to design a spec house for an infill suburban lot. The lot is a corner parcel and was limited to 20' wide building envelope. Though careful design considerations, we created a 1,600 S.F. home.

Dream Porch
A local developer commissioned Charlton Design to assist with a custom home the builder would call his own. He put a premium on the design of a large porch. More than a statement, our client wanted an inviting and relaxing wrap-around design that would punctuate his well-manicured property.

The Girard
The Girard is a Semi-Custom home based on a Charlton Design Studio, LLC stock plan. Our stock plans can be modified as site conditions dictate, and per the owner's wishes.
