Meet The Team

Louis established Charlton Design Studio, LLC in 2012 to fulfill a childhood dream to own his own Architectural Design firm. Louis started his career in 1987 and has many years of design experience in both Land Development and Architectural Design. Louis has held the positions of Zoning Officer, Building Code Official, Chairman of Historical Society, and participated in Comprehensive Planning for several Municipalities. Many of Charlton Design Studio, LLC projects can be found in Delaware, Chester, and Montgomery Counties Pennsylvania, as well as Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York.

 

When not working, Louis likes to bike ride and spend time with family and friends. In recent years he has challenged himself by running the half marathon and participated in several charity Bridge to the Beach rides. Louis also enjoys visiting historical buildings and places.

Victoria has been an architectural designer since 2011, working with Charlton Design Studio, LLC since the beginning. Victoria gets excited about designing living spaces that our clients will love.

When not working, Victoria likes to spend time with her family and friends, walking her dog Finley, visiting the seaside, bike riding, kayaking, travel and exploring.

Anne was with Charlton Design Studio, LLC since our first day. Anne was an integral part of helping to establish the company by laying the ground work by preparing all legal paperwork and creating our forms, letterhead and filing systems.

 

Anne retired to her beloved seaside home were she enjoyed the beach and spending time with her grandchildren, Anne will always be in the hearts and minds of our company, she is greatly missed.

Finley joined Charlton Design Studio, LLC in 2020 as the official office greeter. Always ready to share some love, Finley keeps the staff in line and reminds us we need to get outside for fresh air and walks, no matter what the weather.

When Finley isn't laying by the front door ready to say hello, he can be found either running in the field or swimming in the stream!
